Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Focused treatment for muscles, joints, and bones to reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function. Perfect for injuries, chronic pain, or preventative care.

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Your pelvic health physiotherapist is trained to do internal assessments of your pelvic floor and can help you with bowel and bladder issues, sexual health concerns, pelvic organ prolapse, menopause symptoms, prenatal and postpartum, pre and post surgical, and gender affirming care.

Vestibular Physiotherapy

If you're experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, or motion sensitivity, vestibular physiotherapy can help. Through a detailed assessment and targeted exercises, we work to retrain your balance system and reduce symptoms so you can move with confidence again.

Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS)

IMS is a precise needling technique that releases tight muscles, reduces chronic pain, and restores movement. It’s effective for neck and back pain, sciatica, postural strain, and sports injuries, helping you regain comfort and function.

Shockwave

A non-invasive treatment that uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Highly effective for chronic tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, and other persistent musculoskeletal conditions.
